Urgent MYOB Job Creation Implementation

I'm a small manufacturing/fabrication business.
I am hoping the Job function in Account Right Plus is where we can allocate multiple inventory items as well as purchase orders created for the respective job, and labour.
I specifically need help with the 'job' function within the Myob subscription we already have.
Purpose is to accurately cost every job we build and to assign labour and materials to the respective job.
As our fabrication process could take 3-4 weeks from start (sales order) to finish (invoiced) we need to assign inventory to the job so as it is listed as WIP or at least it cannot be taken for another job, being already assigned.
