USA Bookkeeping for Retail Industry

I'm in need of an experienced bookkeeper who can handle a variety of bookkeeping tasks for my retail business based in the USA. The selected freelancer will be tasked with managing the payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable using Xero, our current bookkeeping software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of payroll management
- Manage and maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Ensure all entries are accurately recorded in Xero
