Here's what I need to do:
Prepare the Payment
Make a check or money order payable to: “VDH – Bedding”
Ensure the payment is drawn on a US bank. You must be a USA local.
Mail the Application and Payment:
Send the completed application form and check/money order to the address in Virginia.
I will send a filled and signed application to you. You only need to insert a payment and mail it forward. I'm not a local, so I cannot get a money order or check. The payment amount is 200 USD. I would deposit it as a milestone payment.
