Two Person Equity Ledger

I need a clear, year-by-year record of how two occupants have financially contributed to our home for the past nine years. Using the receipts and invoices I supply, please:

• Log every monetary contribution, maintenance or improvement expense, utility or living-expense payment, and any personal loan that passed between us.
• Attribute each entry to the correct person, date, and category.
• Calculate running and annual totals for each contributor and for each category.
• Deliver the data in a well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that includes an itemized tab for detailed entries and a second tab with clean yearly summaries.

Accuracy and transparent formulas are essential so we can trace every figure back to its source document.
