**Project Description:**

We are looking for an experienced CA / NGO Consultant / Legal Professional for complete registration and compliance support for our newly registered trust:

**Trust Name:** Jan Nidhi Vikas Niti Trust (JNVN Trust)
Registered in January 2026 under Indian Trust Act.

Required work:

### Scope of Work:

1. Registration of **12A**
2. Registration of **80G**
3. Assistance in **CSR Registration (CSR-1)**
4. Guidance and filing for NGO activities/compliance for FY 2025-26 and FY 2026-27

* Since trust registration happened in January 2026, consultant should advise whether filing/activities for FY 2025-26 is possible or beneficial.
* Otherwise proceed properly for FY 2026-27 compliance.

### Consultant Requirements:

* Experience in NGO / Trust / Section 8 registrations
* Knowledge of Income Tax compliance for charitable trusts
* Experience with CSR registration process
* Should guide on future compliance and documentation

### Deliverables:

* Successful 12A registration
* Successful 80G registration
* CSR-1 registration support
* Filing/compliance guidance for applicable FY
* Documentation checklist and support

### Preference:

* Experienced Indian CA or NGO consultant
* Prior work with charitable trusts preferred
