Trial balance with Financial statement for Management

I have attached few snips from my past project.

I have been requested to prepare the extensive report for the management and shareholder for performance appraisal of the Entity. which includes the detailed notes of financial statements (Financial statement position of the Entity and Profit and loss statement of the Entity), along with the details grouping of trial balance to ensure the classification is done as per management expectancy.
