Key Responsibilities:
- Clean up and organize my financial records from the last year. This includes income and expenses, invoices and receipts, and bank statements.
- Assist with tax preparation.
- Potential account reconciliation.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, as my financial records are currently kept on Excel/Spreadsheet.
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, particularly for small businesses or sole proprietors.
- Knowledge and experience with tax preparation.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills is highly preferred.
