Three-Year QuickBooks Tax Reconciliation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need my service-based company’s books brought fully up to date in QuickBooks Online and turned into accurate tax filings for the last three fiscal years. All federal and Arizona returns are required; payroll taxes are already handled elsewhere, so they’re outside the scope.
My data is already inside QBO, but the accounts have not been fully reconciled or reviewed for the 36-month period. I’m looking for someone who can pull the raw transactions, correct any coding errors, reconcile every bank and credit-card account, and then produce ready-to-file federal and state returns along with the supporting schedules.
Because this involves sensitive financial data and possible in-person document hand-offs, a Phoenix-area professional is strongly preferred.
Deliverables
• Clean, reconciled QuickBooks Online file for 2021-2023
• Federal Form 1120-S (or applicable form) for each year, plus all schedules
• Arizona state returns for the same periods
• PDF copies of workpapers and an e-filing-ready package
Once the filings are accepted, I’d like a brief handover call to walk through any lingering questions and set up best practices so we stay current moving forward.
