Accountant / Experienced Bookkeeper (Thailand methodology) & QuickBooks Experienced
Budget: $10 – $25 USD
I need someone who is:
1) Experienced in using QuickBooks Online.
2) Experienced in accounting. Have good knowledge in preparing a year end account.
3) Able to work 4 or more hours a day at least 5 days a week (until the work is completed).
4) Understands or is able to learn Thailand accounting methods (not too complicated but need to be aware of Withholding Tax and some other taxes which can be explained)
5) Is methodical and organized and accurate in their work. Great attention to detail.
6) Can have a regular call (1-2 times daily if needed) until job finished.
Work:
- Review existing QuickBooks account to check and confirm accuracy with Excel.
- Where there are inconsistencies, to highlight these first. After confirm with me then to make adjustment in the Quickbooks system to correct any errors.
- Prepare Trial Balance Sheet, P&L statement And account summary (closing balances).
- Ensure all accounts are accurately reflected in the Balance Sheet.
