Teach me how to do HR/Accounting setting in a new Taiwanese Startup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone to teach me how to set up the HR and accounting systems for my new startup in Taiwan. I need assistance with payroll and benefits specifically.
System Requirements:
- The systems need to be set up from scratch as we do not have any existing systems in place.
- We currently have less than 10 employees in the company.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in HR and accounting, particularly in payroll and benefits.
- Familiarity with Taiwan's tax compliance regulations and requirements.
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting for startups.
- Ability to teach and explain concepts clearly and effectively.
- Patience and willingness to guide and support a beginner in setting up these systems.
