Tax consultant and Accountant

Hello there,
I would like to find an accountant and tax advisor for ongoing taxes, accounting, someone with the knowledge of State of Florida. I have used couple of local accountants but find them they are lazy and with limited knowledge to educate their clients. I am not just looking someone to do basic taxes, but rather someone with the vast knowledge of how to educate clients, tax savings, tax return, how to deal with the IRS and State of Florida Revenue department.
You must have solid knowledge with the above and have minimum 10 years experience. Not looking for accountant who seems work for the Government.
