Tax advice

I am looking for reliable tax advice for my business. In particular, I need help deciding whether or not to incorporate from a tax perspective. Specifically, 1) I live in New Jersey, 2) I hold a full-time job where they withhold taxes, 3) I recently started to work for a nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia, PA, as a part-time worker, 4) they do not withhold taxes, and 5) I wonder which is better, to get paid as a part-time worker and pay taxes as an individual or to incorporate as an LLC (sole owner). The consultation I am after is for one-time advice. I need someone who has great knowledge and expertise on small business taxes, especially in NJ and PA areas (because City of Philadelphia also charges tax, I believe)so they can advise me on the opportunities and challenges of incorporating or not from a tax perspective.
