I'm in need of an experienced US tax accountant to assist with filing both federal and state tax returns for me as an individual and my business entity. I'm a nonresident alien, therefore understanding of the tax laws and regulations relevant to non-resident aliens is a must.
Key requirements include:
- Preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns for myself and my business entity.
- Application for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for my personal tax affairs.
Ideal candidates should have:
- Proven experience in preparing US federal and state tax returns.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to nonresident aliens.
- Previous experience with ITIN application process is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain tax terms and processes in simple terms.
