I am a US citizen and a permanent resident of Canada, where my wife and I have resided for the past 10 years. I work for a Canadian firm. My wife is a Canadian citizen who has applied for her green card in the United States. We jointly own several income properties in various locations (Ontario, Florida and New York), in addition to our personal residences in Ontario, Canada and North Carolina. We are in the process of moving to North Carolina in order to start a business.
We are looking for comprehensive CPA tax preparation, tax and estate planning, and small business services. Preference given for knowledge of ex-pat tax issues, alien resident tax issues, and experience with North Carolina tax law. We are located in eastern North Carolina (Outer Banks) but are comfortable with digital/remote meetings.
