Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) From IRS

I am looking to apply for a Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) from the IRS. This would be the first time I have applied for a TRC and I am unsure if I have all of the necessary documents required for the application. I am applying for the TRC as a company which I got register through Firstbase.io and I am operating out of India. I am looking for someone to assist me with the entire application process, from verifying if I have all the necessary documents to filing for the TRC.
