Tax Preparation Expert Needed ASAP -- 2

I am looking for a seasoned tax preparer who can assist me in filing my personal taxes, 2023 I'm in Florida and last year we had a hurricane here in the IRS gave everyone in my area essentially up to a year to file for 2023 which I need to do now.. My income is primarily from W2 and independent consulting work. MUST be 100% proficient on Untied States tax preparation
And here's the goal. Even though most of my work was W-2, I could still have a tax liability because of the HealthCare marketplace insurance I had. It may end up that I didn't qualify during 2023 in May of some of that money back.
I'm wanting to offset that by any and all deductions and optimizations I can get my hands on so I need somebody very very good at helping me do that.
It's not a huge project, but if we do well on this then I'll give you 2024 in a separate project

Experienced Tax Preparer. I have to file my personal taxes by Oct 5th. It's for W2 and independent consulting business. I need someone who can help me itemize as much as possible.. and take advantage of all options to reduce any tax liability I might have that will come from my marketplace (obamacare) health plan credit I received last year.
My income became higher last year which means they may want a big portion of the health premium discount back this year. Please let me know if you can assist me in this matter.
