Tax Planning Advice 2022

I'm a Colorado resident looking for tax planning advice from a CERTIFIED CPA for 2022 because I have a K1 distribution from the sale of a California LLC property in 2022. 7% of this has already been withheld for CA state tax by CPA who is doing the K1 for 2022. I'm seeking advice to inform me of ways to minimize tax liability (if any) for 2022 taxes to be filed next year. Im curious how you can help and what type of fee is charged in this scenario.
