Tax Expert for C Corporation
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
MUST BE ABLE TO PRACTICE AND ADVISE ON TAX LAW FOR CALIFORNIA, USA
We are a California corporation, and I'm currently looking for a tax consultant who specializes in business Corporation tax. In particular, I need somebody who is able to perform the following tasks:
- Strategize and advise on tax savings, aiming to make our corporation as cost-efficient as possible.
- Advise on questions that we may have about how to handle a situation (example: how do dividends work for C Corps)
- Mostly answering our questions
Hours are expected to be fairly low per week, and sometimes no hours at all - as we will just need questions/ideas here and there.
Ideal freelancers should have working experience in tax consultation for businesses, preferably small to medium enterprises, and have a deep understanding of both tax filings and tax savings strategies.
