Tax and (Accounting) Advice Needed

We are looking for someone to help us establish our business correctly and advise us on configuring everything correctly.
We are a US Marketing agency located in North Carolina. We provide sales services for our marketing partner in Australia. I have a growing sales team that makes a commission off every sale and account management. All sales go through our Australian partner, who then pays us monthly. We then pay our sales members their percentage. We need guidance on how to make sure we are doing everything legally and if we should set up our sales team as 1099 contractors, how we should be set up with our Australian partners etc.
If we find someone knowledgeable, we have two more businesses for that we are looking to get tax/accounting/bookkeeping support long-term.
