Tax Accountant

I've recently moved from the UK and I'm at a complete loss at understanding Canadian tax procedures. Im a self-employed marketing director for a luxury garment company. I make an average salary and will remain self-employed for 3 months - before becoming an employee. I'm looking for someone to give me some guidance on what I have to organise and how I begin paying monthly!
