Tally Customization for Job Work
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We do manufacturing activity for our products and also do job work for different customers, and some of our vendors do job work for us we need customization for managing stock
customization should be like
1. We enter raw material in entry in job work in, we enter “specific job order no”
It reflects stock of raw material in our stock book under stock category named job work
2. We define final product name & in BOM we mention raw material name and quantity used to manufacture it.
3. We make job work invoice regular sales voucher , we enter final product name , quantity & service charge to make that product.
4. While making sales voucher entry it asks us “specific job order no” against which job work invoice is being made.
5. When we pass sales voucher entry it automatically deduct the quantity of raw material based on BOM.
6. Customization should warn us if excess quantity is being billed that “specific job order no” Quantity.
7. In customization we create separate report which shows
A. Job Work in Material Name
B. Party Name
C. Date
D. “specific job order no”
E Quantity
F Material supplied against “specific job order no”
G. Balance quantity against “specific job order no”
H. Totals for point F & G
8. All above mentioned for job work in should happen for job work out also.
9. Once customization is done for us, its working as per our expectation we shall make full payment and after that we should get complete code of the tdl.
