I need a detail-oriented professional to keep my books current in Tally, handle day-to-day data entry, and reconcile bank statements without delays. All work is done remotely, yet I still expect the same accuracy you would deliver on-site.

Here is the flow I’m aiming for: you post every voucher, payment, and receipt promptly in Tally, reconcile the bank balance against statements, and flag any discrepancies for my review. Each Friday you’ll email me a concise status report summarising what was entered, which accounts were reconciled, and any issues that need my attention.

Most of the entries involve regular sales and expense vouchers, though there may be periods when inventory or other modules come into play. If you are already comfortable moving around Tally’s ledgers, stock summaries, and GST features, you’ll hit the ground running.

Deliverables
• Daily or near-daily Tally postings for all transactions
• Weekly bank reconciliation that ties to the last closing balance
• A Friday email report outlining work completed, pending items, and queries
