Project: Bookkeeping System for Short-Stay Rental Business (Airbnb + direct booking)

We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop a user-friendly bookkeeping and invoicing system tailored to the needs of a small short-stay rental (Airbnb-style) business.

Core Requirements:
• Track and assign expenses per rental unit
• Generate invoices for direct bookings
• Set up payment reminders for upcoming bills
• Build a dashboard showing:
• Monthly net profit (overall and per unit)
• Expense and income breakdowns

The selected freelancer will be expected to recommend the most suitable platform or tool (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Airtable, or any other lightweight app) based on our needs, ease of use, and cost-effectiveness.
