Stripe Split Payments Setup

I need assistance setting up split payments in Stripe for an online architectural services business. We will be dealing with service fees and need to process these payments monthly. We will be splitting payments between 2 payees only in any single transaction. At setup there will be with a total of 10-15 payees in the system.

Service bookings are received on our website using Acuity Scheduling. In each booking the specific service provider (payee) is nominated. I would like the split payment to automatically recognise the payee and transfer funds accordingly.
