Stripe–QuickBooks Category Sync Setup

I already have Acodei sitting between Stripe and QuickBooks, but right now every item lands in QuickBooks under the generic “Stripe Sales” product. I need your help configuring Acodei so that each Stripe product category is pushed into QuickBooks as its own product (or matched to the correct one) on a daily schedule.

Scope of work
• Configure Acodei’s mappings so only product-category data is synced—transactions or customer records are out of scope.
• Set the sync frequency to run automatically once every 24 hours.
• Clean up the existing data: re-assign any items that were dumped into the “Stripe Sales” bucket to their proper categories so historical reporting is accurate.
• Verify the end-to-end flow with a test sale, confirm the category appears correctly in QuickBooks, and document the steps so I can maintain or adjust the mapping later.
