Streamlined Loan Entry Excel

My micro-finance firm records dozens of new loans every day and I want that process to feel as simple as filling out a short form. I’m looking for a single Excel workbook that opens to a clean loan-entry interface where my staff can type the borrower’s name, principal amount, issue date and preferred repayment mode (monthly or daily) without ever touching hidden columns or formulas.

The sheet must check that text goes where text belongs, numbers go where numbers belong and all dates follow the same format, then drop each valid record into a structured table ready for reporting. If you can tuck the logic away with VBA or Power Query to prevent accidental edits, even better—just keep the user view minimal and intuitive.
