Startup Accountant Needed

I'm seeking an experienced accountant to support a startup company. The initial focus will be on bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
- Set up and manage bookkeeping processes.
- Prepare and present financial reports.
While I'm not familiar with accounting software, I am open to recommendations. Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or FreshBooks is a plus.
Payroll processing support is currently uncertain.
