Start a business
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I am 1099 contracted with several companies as independent sales rep. I have LLC and file taxes as self-employed. I use Quickbooks self-employed to keep track of my P+L.
I need consult regarding starting a business, what needs doing from a compliance side with the state. I need advice to decide if switching to filing taxes as S-Corp and running payroll is the right move. Also, do I expand my business LLC to include this business or should I file for a second LLC? And if I decide to start this business, I will need an accountant to work with. I will keep my tax accountant, since I have to file complicated expat taxes (international income).
