Start-up Investment Program Management

I am in need of an investment program manager who can assist with overseeing my investments in start-up companies. This will involve managing investment agreement processing, wire transfers, and similar tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing investment agreements: Ensure that all agreements are fair and in my best interest.
- Monitoring compliance: Keep track of all invested start-ups to ensure they are adhering to the terms of our investment agreements.
- DocuSign Processing: Handle all electronic signing of documents.
- Transfer to/from escrow: Manage the transfer of funds to and from escrow.
Ideal Skills:
- Strong background in investment and finance.
- Experience with start-up companies.
- Proficient in using DocuSign and managing escrow transactions.
- Excellent review and compliance monitoring skills.
