Spreadsheet for my Real Estate Photography buisness

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me with designing a spreadsheet for my real estate photography business. Specifically, I need the spreadsheet to track revenue and my employee's revenue. I need it to be able to be accessed from multiple devices, should I need to work on it remotely. Additionally, I have some uncertainty around how to best set up the spreadsheet, so I'd appreciate a freelancer who is willing to provide guidance in this area and help set it up so it works well for my needs.

I really want it to auto populate my prices, costs and my employee's cost per job.
So I can just enter what products were ordered and how many photos were taken. then it would populate how much costs i spend, and how much I make and my employee.
