Spanish Bookkeeper Needed
Budget: €15 – €35 EUR
I'm in need of a professional bookkeeper who speaks English and Spanish with knowledge of Spanish accounting and banking
I have a current building project for the refurbishment of a villa and require expense tracking and reporting, it would be useful if you are familiar with software such as Holded or Xero.
Additionally I have two other building projects that were finished during the past 3 years that I would like to create accounts for - this would involve going through historic bank statements and assigning expenses to each project, contacting suppliers if invoices were created incorrectly or are missing and asking them to reissue them
Ideal Skills:
Proficiency in bookkeeping software
Experience with accounts payable and receivable
The ability to navigate the Spanish financial landscape and an understanding of local tax regulations would be highly beneficial.
This is a short-term project expected to last a few months as the existing villa is expected to be complete next summer. Reports should include a summary level of details. Please provide detailed expense reports for each project. Please use a standard accounting reporting format for all expense reports. Please provide reports on a monthly basis. The preferred mode of communication is email. Experience with bookkeeping specifically for construction or refurbishment projects is ideal but not at all essential
