I have just moved my practice onto Smokeball and need a specialist who can get the trust-accounting side running smoothly. My top priority is configuring every element related to trust funds—creating the trust accounts, mapping them correctly, and showing me the exact steps for recording deposits, transfers, and disbursements.
Once the core is in place I also want the workflow linked to QuickBooks so day-to-day transactions flow cleanly between the two systems. Billing and invoice templates may follow later, but the immediate focus is trust accounting.
