Looking for help to maintain the accounting books for a small investment holdings LLC with 1-2 transactions a month. At the beginning of the year, help to file the necessary documents for the corporate tax returns and generate the Schedule K for each of the members. Looking for somebody not to just punch numbers but also stay up-to-date on relevant tax codes that will help not only the corporate returns but also the personal returns.
