I'm seeking an experienced accountant to oversee the financial activities of my small business. The project involves managing bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll, and the creation of financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all bookkeeping activities
- Prepare and file tax documents
- Oversee payroll management
- Generate comprehensive financial statements
- Manage cash flow

Currently, I utilize Excel for all accounting tasks. Experience with Excel is a must, and familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
