Simple book keeping and accounting

Hello! I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper and accountant to handle my business's accounting needs on a weekly basis. I require general ledger maintenance, but currently do not have specific software set up to do this. I am looking for somebody who is knowledgeable in the field as well as, a strong communicator to help me keep my finances organized and accurate.
