Simple ERP Bookkeeping & Reporting

I need a lightweight ERP package that streamlines everyday bookkeeping while giving me the reports I review each month. The system must ship with three working modules—supplier invoice Management to track movements and payment approvals, Payroll Management to handle basic salary runs and statutory deductions, and a small Customer Relationship Management panel so I can keep client information in one place.

Reporting is central to this project. I want one-click Financial Statements, Sales Reports, and Inventory Reports, viewable on screen and exportable to PDF or Excel. Figures should update in real time as new transactions post.

User permissions can stay straightforward: an Admin role with full control over settings, data import, and user creation, and a standard User role restricted to day-to-day data entry and report viewing.

You’re free to build on a proven open-source platform such as Odoo, ERPNext, or another stack you’re comfortable with, provided the final product is web-based, easy to maintain, and comes with clear installation instructions.

Deliverables
• Fully functional ERP with the three modules enabled
• Reporting engine producing the three report sets in PDF/Excel with financial reporting and possible simple add ons, reading invoices from email and creating invoices.
• Two-tier access control (Admin / User) configured
• Source code and a step-by-step deployment guide

I’ll test the build by creating sample supplier movements, running a payroll cycle financial reporting, and generating each report. When those tests pass without errors, we’ll call the job complete.
