Simple Annual Accounts For UK Rental Property

I have a small flat in London that I rent out. I have just finished paying off my mortgage so now for the first time my flat will be making a decent profit each month. I am completely disorganised and keep no records. I need someone to help co-ordinate and submit my annual return, so I don't lose too much in tax.
