Shopify Financial Audit- Fraud Identification- Digital Forensics Background Only

I took ownership of a UK-based Shopify fashion store in August 2025 and kept the previous management team in place. Since then, the numbers haven’t lined up. I need a fraud-focused auditor to dig into the data and show me exactly where the leaks are.

Scope
• Concentrate on the period 1–31 August (P/L view).
• Zero in on financial payouts that reach my bank, all customer refunds, and any discrepancies between what Shopify shows and what actually lands in the owner account.
• Flag patterns—manual refunds, duplicate payouts, unusual gateway adjustments, or staff overrides—that could point to internal or external fraud.

Access I Can Provide
Shopify admin access to extract all reports needed. Bank statements for the month

Deliverable
A concise, evidence-backed report (PDF or Google Sheet) highlighting suspicious transactions, quantifying potential loss, and giving clear next-step recommendations (policy fixes, segregation of duties, chargeback mitigation, etc.). Screenshots or ledger extracts for every flagged item are essential for possible legal follow-up.
