Setup ZOHO one for my business

I am starting a GYM business, and i want to run my clients subscriptions and accounting on ZOHO, i have some exposure in ZOHO from before ,and now i have purchased ZOHO one to accommodate my business needs. I have drawn a workflow as a starting point.

Can you set up my ZOHO one?
