Set up Quickbooks Online for my self-employed business

I need bookkeeping assistance to set up a fresh install of Quickbooks Online for my small sole trader business as a therapist. I have been trading for a year and need a simple system that needs minimal investment & time commitment. I'm not registered for GST, but need to so within the next few months. Ideally, I'd like quarterly or monthly bookkeeping assistance to track my expenses & assist with reconciliation.
