ServiceM8-QuickBooks Invoice Setup
Budget: £18 – £36 GBP
I need an experienced ServiceM8 user to get my account running smoothly. Right now my biggest bottleneck is invoicing and payment tracking, so the first priority is to build a clean workflow that automatically pushes every new job into a recurring-invoice cycle and sends those invoices to clients each week.
I already use QuickBooks and want the two systems talking to each other, so part of the job is to integrate QuickBooks with ServiceM8 and confirm data moves accurately in both directions. Once that link is stable, I’d like you to upload the current backlog of jobs and quotes, confirm they’re coded correctly and make sure nothing slips through the cracks when the weekly invoices go out.
Deliverables:
• ServiceM8 fully configured for invoicing and payment tracking
• Live QuickBooks–ServiceM8 integration with test transactions confirmed
• Existing jobs and quotes imported, tagged and ready for billing
• Proof that weekly, recurring invoices dispatch without manual intervention (one live run)
If you’ve streamlined similar setups before and can show me the results quickly, let’s get started.
