Senior Financial Analyst for Fundraising Model
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a senior financial analyst, design, and develop financial model and valuation for a private company with 3 years historyin the logistics and last mile delivery industry
Requirements:
1. Must have experience in developing financial model in a simple, clear with forecast, and valuation experiences.
2. Assumptions must be in one separate sheet covering income, opex, Capex, tax, balance sheet, cashflows, debt, and valuation.
3. Must have experience in valuation using different methods like DCF, multiple, VC, and others.
4. Reference equivalent work of financial model and valuation
5. Must commit to daily 15 min review
6. Must follow up and escalate if faced with any stopper, delay of work is not acceptable.
Deliverables:
1. Refined assumptions sheet
2. Financial forecast of financial statements
3. Valuation section based on different methods
Terms and information:
1. Payment is delivered fully and one time.
2. Delay beyond 5 days with no follow up and escalation will be penalized of 1% deduction.
3. Clumsy, complicated, and low quality work will not be accepted.
4. Information provided:
1. Business plan
2. 3 years financial history + 2024 till Aug 2021, 2022, 2023
3. A session walkthrough once project is granted.
4. You will be working with the CFO with 20 years financial history who will support you on a daily bases, and you must do your job in terms of follow up and escalation if you faced with any stopper.
5. Please if you are busy and cannot dedicate at least 2-3 hours do not commit to this project.
