Seeking a support of a Practicing CA

I am looking for a practicing CA in India to certify statement of accounts of a defunct private ltd company which I am keen its name to be struck off from register of companies under Section 248 of the Companies Act, 2013. No business was done for last two financial years. The audit report for FY 2019-2020 is available which will be shared with the selected bidder. As per last balance sheet available, the company had assets/liabilities of no more than 12000/- which has since been written off along with closure of its bank account. The required form is attached in which most of the entries will remain 'zero'. The CA needs to fill a couple of entries and certify with his signatures, seal and membership number.
