Seeking QuickBooks Online Coach with Protractor + Accounting Link Experience
Budget: $50 – $0 USD
I’m an experienced bookkeeper looking to hire a QuickBooks Online (QBO) coach or trainer who is familiar with Protractor software and its integration through Accounting Link Back Office.
My firm recently took on a multi-location automotive client that uses Protractor for daily operations. Their system automatically syncs with QBO, but the workflow has become time-consuming and inefficient. Especially around journal entries, deposit matching, and reconciling batch payments from FirstView 360.
I’m seeking someone who can help me:
Understand how Protractor + Accounting Link speak to QBO
Diagnose potential mapping issues (e.g., Undeposited Funds vs A/R)
Optimize the deposit matching process in QBO
Train me on the most efficient bookkeeping workflow using synced journal entries
Possibly help set up automation or best practices to reduce manual rework
Ideal candidate:
Has worked with auto shops or repair industry clients
Is familiar with daily batch deposits, merchant fees, and payment-type grouping
Has experience troubleshooting or configuring Accounting Link
Can guide me clearly, patiently, and practically through a better process
This is not a long-term bookkeeping job — it’s a targeted training or consulting session, possibly ongoing for a few weeks until I’m fully up to speed.
