Scope 1 and 2 Baseline Emissions Calculation of Regional Airport

I'm seeking a professional with expertise in carbon accounting and carbon management. The primary focus will be establishing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions at an Australian airport by analysing accounting records, and energy consumption data, which includes both electricity usage and fuel consumption.

I only want them to calculate the numbers. I am a consultant. I will write the report.

Ideal Skills:
- Expertise in carbon accounting
- Understanding of ASRS S1 and S2
- Understanding of ISO14064 and 14067.
- Experience applying carbon accounting within the transport, aviation or airport sectors.
- Ability to integrate processes and outputs with the requirements of the Airport Carbon Accreditation programme managed by Airports Council International.

Experience:
- Previous work in carbon accounting
- Familiarity with analyzing electricity and fuel consumption data and other accounting data to determine Scope 1 and 2 emissions baseline.
-Experience within the relevant regulatory frameworks.

The expected timeline for project completion is 3-6 months.
A baseline on Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions must be delivered.
