Sage 50/PeachTree to Quick Books , Employee Taxes for Small Veteran Owned Business

This is a 30 year old company. We use Sage for all of our sales, ordering from contractors and shipping . This has been in place for AGES and works extremely well. I hate Peach Tree for bill pay ect. I decided to get Quick Books to make it simple however files need to moved from Sage/Peach Tree to support Quick Books . At the moment I only have three full time employees ,two agents and two consultants.. I took over in Jan and took taxes out of paychecks (3). Need to be set up to make it simple for principal to operate.
