Sage Intacct Company Setup Assistance

I have a brand-new entity that must go live on Sage Intacct and I’d like a certified implementor to guide me end-to-end. The engagement covers the initial stand-up of a fresh Intacct instance, followed by configuration and data migration.

Scope of work
• Stand up a clean Sage Intacct instance and walk me through the key system settings.
• Design and load the entire chart of accounts.
• Build vendor and customer masters.
• Integrate our primary bank feed so that transactions flow automatically.
• Prepare CSV templates and import opening balances alongside the master data above, explaining every import step so my team can repeat the process confidently.

I will provide the source data in Excel and quick access to our banking portal. Remote screen-share sessions are fine; concise “how-to” notes or recordings after each milestone are expected.

Acceptance criteria
– Instance is fully operational with COA, vendors, customers, and bank connection active.
– All opening balances tie to the legacy trial balance.
– I can successfully rerun each import using your templates without errors.

If you are Intacct certified, fluent with its import tools, and enjoy teaching while doing, I’m ready to start right away. Work will begin as soon as the Sage Intacct instance is provisioned.

Initially this could be a 5 hour project with potential for more.
