SEC/IFRS compliant Footnotes needed for financial report

I own a bookkeeping firm with a start-up client requesting the financials be provided for audit in preparation for applying to the Jamaican Stock Exchange. I can produce all the financial statements and any backup documentation needed for the project. I can produce the previously audited reports that contain footnotes for reference. I will need it reviewed and have the required SEC/IFRS-compliant footnotes added to the current financial statements. The critical piece of this project is the SEC/IFRS - compliant footnotes. I'm looking to have this project completed by May 5th.
