I'm seeking an SEC-accredited auditor or audit firm to conduct audits for two companies in the healthcare and mixed martial arts industries. These companies are traded on the OTC markets in the USA and are seeking SEC registration in that country.
Key requirements:
- Adhere to US GAAP
- Perform a Financial Statements Audit
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- SEC accreditation - not negotiable. Please provide proof.
- Please name one or more SEC-registered companies for whom you have done an audit
- Extensive audit experience with GAAP
