SCorp Accountant and Bookkeeper Needed to prepare 941, 1120S, K1 as well as 940 and personal 1040

I own a small s-corp and am seeking a book-keeper and accountant to prepare the S-corp and personal tax forms. Should be knowledgable in small business consulting and commission based services with multiple 1099 Independent contractors, as well as knowledgable in current expense and deduction eligibility to assist in unnecessary tax expenditures. Also looking for someone to advise me on what type of new LLC or Corporation to start given my current business situation and near term company employee and profit goals. Not looking for an expensive CPA to file taxes, just prepare them and advise me.
